Profilul candidatului:

• Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
  • Bachelor Degree in a relevant field (Business, Finance, Accounting, Economics);
  • 4 years of relevant work experience;
  • Familiar with accounting entries, reports and standards;
  • Familiar with Revenue Management and Production Cost Analysis;
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret financial data and prepare management reports and forecast;
  • Excellent Excel and Power Point skills;
  • Proficiency in English;
  • Proactive, results-oriented mindset with a strong willingness to learn and continuously develop;
  • Ability to communicate and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams;
  • Teamwork is essential;

Main Responsibilities

• Lead financial planning, budgeting, forecasting and reporting cycles.
• Prepare monthly and annual financial reports, highlighting business performance, trends and forecasts.
• Monitor and report the company’s financial performance, including cash flow analysis.
• Analyze all financial statements (Balance Sheet, Profit & Loss Statement and Cash Flow Statement) to identify risks and opportunities.
• Lead the Internal Control Framework.
• Identify business opportunities and risks through financial analysis and provide recommendations to management and budget owners.
• Advise management on short- and long-term financial objectives and strategic decisions.
• Assess the financial impact and business viability of new projects.
• Lead and contribute to cross-functional and cross-departmental projects.
• Lead and contribute in cross-functional and cross-departmental projects;
